For questions or concerns, please contact any of our directors from the contact section. Our By-laws and covenants, along with notes from our board meetings and annual members meetings can be found on the documents page. Our annual members meeting is held in the winter at a location close to our neighborhood. This is a great way to meet other neighbors and the board of directors. There is always an open forum at these meetings to discuss any questions or topics not covered in the agenda. Invitations are mailed to members approximately 2-3 weeks in advance.
